Swear filter off in specific forum?

How do I turn the swear filter off for certain forums? As it is the filter is on my entire board but I wanted one section that allows unmoderated discussion without censorship for swearing etc.

Sorry, there is no function to do this. This requires modifying the code. We cannot officially support code modifications or forums running modified code, however you can try searching or asking for help with this over at www.vbulletin.org.

There is no default option to do that. You would need to write a plugin in order to do that. If you have some coding skills, you can ask for help over on vbulletin.org, the modification site.
