      There's a mod to set a maximum signature size on vbulletin.org - if the sig is bigger then X x Y pixels you'll see scroll bars.

        I want to minimize the appearance of images in the signatures of members of a certain size I selected
        Because the members use a large extended signatures and I want to resize that as i want

          I've never seen a mod that resizes only sigs... this one will resize all large images but you can set a size for sigs as well:

          This forces sigs into a predefined max size div:

          If the sig is too big you see scroll bars... it practice it really annoys people who's sigs are too big.
