      If I were you I would use the most recent one. if they are done at the same time, I would go woith the one made from your host.

      How to restore the database, have a look at the online manual:

      http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html

      If the ways mentioned there won''t work, then try bigdump.php and/or mysqldumper. (Google them both)
