Paid Subscriptions Stopped Working

My paid subscription just up and stopped working out of the blue with nobody touching anything. We've extensively researched this, tried the suggestions at vBulletin.org and I'd like this to get fixed. Can anybody help me here please as to putting in a ticket of some sort so that tech can take a look at this and fix it please? This is very frustrating as paid subscriptions are a part of VB, but I've paid to have this looked at and we can't come up with a thing. All looks right. They just stopped working. There apparently seems to be a big problem with this as I've read a lot about it at VB.org. I just need them up and running again. They're a source of revenue and we've been on this for weeks. Please include a complete description of the problem including any error messages and be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP in the 'Sensitive Data' field.

An incorrect URL in a setting although it's not clear from the OP what that setting was.
