  • Last post in forum not updating!!

The "last post" column on forum home is not updating. It is showing the last post was made at 3:20am but there have been several new post and new threads after that and it wont show up on the forum home "last post" column.

    Please help

(when you click the forum everything displays normally)

Also # of threads and # of posts are not updating on forumhome.

(updated counters which fixed it, but why is it not doing it automatically?)

Interesting! This is happening for me too and after an exhaustive search of the forums I can't find a solution either. Anyone?

Ok ive narrowed it down. Unless i do "Rebuild Forum Information" in the repair and optimize tables.

Anyone know why this wouldn't update automatically???

Create a new style with no parent:
              • Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
              • Parent Style: No Parent Style
              • Title: Default vBulletin
              • Allow User Selection: Yes
              • Save

Set this as the default style.

              Now disable your modifications/plugins.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

              PHP Code:
              define('DISABLE_HOOKS'true);
Now create a new post and see if you still have the same issue.

Please don't PM or VM me for support - I only help out in the threads.

If I post CSS and you don't know where it goes, throw it into the additional.css template.
