User post is moderated, not set

Strange thing. A new member, added in a usergroup (only one there is), but all his posts are being put under moderation. We did not set anything and all other users in that same group do not have that problem.

What can it be?

Do you have the Spam Management tools setup in AdminCP > vBulletin Options?

Either what trevor said, or any spam/bot management products that you may have installed may have nailed him as spam.

But does that mean I cannot use it again? Also strange that he is being seen as spam. He is a verified user and after that his account was activated by me.
No strange things in his account, links in signature or something like that.
Is it possible that a remote avatar can cause this?
