It's ok - I worked it out. Hopefully the promotion doesn't move them all back again

I did as you suggested and it moved everyone who has been a member for at least 21 days to the promoted group!!
I suspect this is because in the promotion I left reputation as the default '0' and also left default setting to user registrations so that even though I have disabled reputation, each member has 10. So it does take reputation into consideration even though it's disabled.
So how do I move them back?? I've changed default reputation to 0, changed the promotion to have a reputation of 11, 21days and 10 Posts with the option of (Reputation or Date) AND posts. Hopefully this means that the members will never reach 11 reputation but will reach 10 posts and 21 days and get promoted.
But how do I bulk change 400 odd members back to their pre-promoted level? I tried re-running the scheduled task but that didn't work.

Promotions - Days and Posts
Hi all,
This could be a stupid question, but...
I have a promotion strategy in place at the moment that after a user has made 25 posts they then have the ability to post in the FOR SALE section (among other things).
My problem is that this encourages useless posts just to get the post count up.
Solution: I would like to make it so as well as the 25 posts they also have had to been a member for 14 days.
NB - I do not use the Reputation system
vBulletin promotions have the ability to select a number of criteria for the promotion, but there is no 'Date and Posts' option. There is a '(Posts or Reputation) and Date' which I would like to try, but I don't know what impact this will have due to the fact I don't have reputation enabled. Will it promote everyone because reputation is set to 0??
Or can I just use it and because reputations are disabled, it won't enter into the criteria?
I hope I explained myself well.
Regards
