How to make posts SEO friendly with vBulletin?
I think there are some plug-ins to do this. Which is the best or vBulletin supports SEO friendly URL's and meta details...or in other words completely complaint with VB?

The URL doesn't matter at all.
You can use the standard default settings if this is what your questions was about.

In what sence it does not matter to you?

You'll need to create custom URL rewrite rules for this or invest in something that alters vBulletin default functionality such as vBSEO
