Moved hosts - Site doesn't work

Alright so I changed hosts recently and my site kinda works in the sense that I can see it, but when I click on threads they are empty. Any ideas why?

Try rebuiling thread/post indexes and things. I had to do it once when i moved hosts - fixed it for me.

K thanks, but my other problem is that I cannot access the admincp. It gives me an error, telling me that i need to upgrade to some php5 shenanigans. I do so with an htaccess file but then when i click admincp it makes me download the page instead of view it... help plz!
