Can be blocked settings like View visitors to registered users and only been seen by admin or moderator?

I mean the following to be more clear. Sorry.
Issue is that at the bottom you have Fast links seen by registered users.
They actually see all visitor even if I'm as registered member.

I do not like to see that other see where are current members.

Admin CP > vBulletin Options > Forum Display Options> Show Users Browsing Forums (Set to NO)
Admin CP > vBulletin Options > Thread Display Options > Show Users Browsing Threads (Set to NO)

That'll fix it.

I have issue that Nav menu has Fast links with item called 'List of visitors'.

how to block thsi item as I have set all to No as you quoted but thsi link is still seen.
You can check Location beside Activity...even to regsitered member.

I'm guessing you mean who's online.

You can change on a usergroup by usergroup basis as to which usergroups can see this.

Usergroup Manager > {Usergroup Name} > Who's online options > Can use (set to no)
