Section moderator

On my forum, section moderator don't have infraction power & no colored user name. How can I give section moderators a bold name?

Usergroups > Usergroup Manager > Moderators > Username HTML Markup

Then in the first box, put <b>
Then in the second box, put </b>

Then hit save.

moderator & section moderator are different on my forum.
Moderator has it's own color. There's no user group for section moderator though.
