Not willing to overwrite

These things keep saying this, even if overwrite them. What do I need to do?

Its possible that the files that you download dont match the md5 file on the site, that or your ftp program is somehow modifiuying the files.

What is the best way to prevent this or to still change it without te ftp (I use FTP Microsoft Expression) programme ruining the files?

Try re-uploading your files using a regular FTP client, such as filezilla. It free, fast and works well.
