How to translate word Forums at the most top left hand side?

Seems many words Forums but very hard to find this...
Need help

You mean the tab in the upper left? (Between Home and Blogs?) If you look at the navbar template, you'll see this line - {vb:rawphrase forum} - so it's a phrase named forum.

the word forum in the tabs that I am talking about is called simply "forum". If that isn't the correct one you want to change, please take a snapshot and circle the area because I can't tell what you are talking about from your description.
