Members Messages not showing up until Admin has logged on

Hi People.

I'm having a few issues and I'm sure it's something I'm not doing myself. Please can someone enlighten me.

Members are posting to the board and it says that their post requires vetting... or something.

Then when they post, it doesn't show up. But as soon as I log on (admin) all the posts then show up?

Please can you help me to sort it for my users
