You can change the image under:
Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> %Your Style% -> Stylevars -> Title Image.

To change it to text, you would have to edit the HTML in the header template.

You have to upload the file otherwise no-one will see it.

Use an FTP program to do this - if you installed the forums yourself already then it's exactly the same...

You can upload it to any directory you like - as long as you make sure you update the settings to look for it in the right place afterwards:

AdminCP > Styles & Templates > Style Manager > [StyleVars] - from dropdown beside relevant style > Image Paths > Title Image

I'm frustrated with the logo file uploading. Can someone help? I downloaded FTP Voyager but the help menu is unhelpful. Can someone help with this program or if there is another program that is more user friendly. Thanks in advance

Just upload a new image where your vBulletin logo is placed. Usually, it's something like this:

http://www.example.com/images/misc/vbulletin3_logo_white.gif

All you have to do is to upload a new image named vbulletin3_logo_white.gif where the current vbulletin3_logo_white.gif is located.

Do I do the upload from the file manager in the Cpanel? When I'm in the "File Manager Directory Selection" I have four options to choose from;
1. Home Directory
2. Web Root
3. Public FTP Root
4. Document root for
Which option to choose when I do the upload?
