    You really need to try disabling all modifications to see if that fixes it. Not sure what can be done if you can't/won't do that.

    Somehow you're getting two commas in the query there....that's what's causing the error.

    The question is what is making it do that?

    Have you any modifications installed? Try disabling all of them to see if the same thing happens.

    Optimising the post table can often make a server stall, on a busy site it's usually huge. You'd be better trying to do that using SSH to be honest, but I doubt that's what's causing this error.

    just note : when i wanna repair or optimize the sql. when it reach table post my vps goes down and all site goes downnnnnnnnnnn and i get into the wall (on our lebanese way)
