Hi.. how do I make a users IP address visible to an admin when he makes a post... I'm sure its there in the admin panel but I can't seem to locate it.. Thanks....

AdminCP > vBulletin Options > Message Posting and Editing Options > Log IP Addresses > 'Display, but require administrator or moderator'

thank you... where do i find the validation queue for manually validating new members?

On the administration control panel home page (i.e. when you first click on the ACP), it should say 'Users To Moderate' and a number next to it of how many users need validating

Thank you... next question... how do I disable a vistor's (or user that isn't logged in) ability from using any of the forum's search features?

If you go into AdminCP > Usergroups > Usergroup Manager, you'll be able to configure this there.

I'm not sure that you can tbh...I think they'd be able to do that, regardless via their browser
