Avatar Question

How do I make it so people can only link avatars and not upload them? Everytime I disable the upload option, it disables both options altogether.

Hey there,

It doesn't really matter whether the avatars are from the pc or the url because either way it's uploaded and saved into the database, not linked remotely. Sorry.
