Moving the forums up.

After an exhaustive search where I am sure I am searching the wrong terms, I am unable to find where it is I move my forums UP^.

By up I mean closer to the header. What kills me is I know I've done it before!

Grumble.

There's a <br /> tag at the top of the navbar template that always has people asking...

If you can provide a screenshot of exactly where, that may help.
