You uploaded the wrong config.php file. Do you have a backup of it? If not re-edit the config.php file with your correct information and upload it.

You can fix mistakes, try to fix it or its never going to get fixed

The config.php info being wrong won't hurt anything, it just makes your site show offline/database errors.

You have the wrong Databse server credentials in there, it can't connect to the database with the username and/or password you supplied. It can also require a server ip.

Nobody here can tell you what your database credentials are. You have to go dig out the email from your web host that gave you those information, or contact them to get them for you. You could possibly ask their tech support to take a look at the config file and fill in those details for you.
