How do I allow jpeg's in signature?

Hey there. Users on my site are reporting that they cannot upload jpeg's in their sig. I've looked through almost all the settings and cannot find where to change this. Can I get some help? It says something like "wrong format".

It should allow them by default. Ask the users what format they are saving their JPGs in? Try saving them as standard JPEGs and not progressive JPEGs.
