In the footer code in the Styles & Templates area I have some links. For some reason a "NO FOLLOW" is added to the code. The HTML does NOT have a NO FOL in the code. Is this in the Options section somewhere? CSS file?

maybe a mod you've added?
I know vbseo can nofollow selected URL's or all URL's
I also know of a mod at the Org that you can add the nofollow attribute to whatever links you want. -
Right now it is happening automatically, and I don't know of a mod that I added that would do this.Comment

vBulletin doesn't automatically add no follow. You haven't added any javascript or plugins to the site?Translations provided by Google.

Is using the html mod the only way to links to other site and to add texts to a new page??
