Forum Error

Well I setup logs to the forum and here's my first error:

"Fatal error: strtotime returned an invalid value, upgrade PHP to at least 5.1.2 in /home/deltaz/public_html/includes/class_paid_subscription.php on line 270
Date: Sunday 01st of November 2009 11:39:35 PM"

The only thing is, the PHP on the webhost is 5.2.9.

How do I fix this fatal error?

must be a bug in vB4. I've never received rep from you.....maybe vB4 has gas too?
