Question about vb_backup.sh

Is there any real documentation about vb_backup.sh that's found in the do_not_upload folder? All I can find is this:

vb_backup.sh - This file will allow you to run a database backup via SSH/Telnet or a scheduled backup through cron.

And that's a pretty good synopsis of what it's for, but are there further instructions on how to get it up and running? One big question a user might have is: Where do I upload it to - the root? public_html? the forums folder? ...

I just think it needs more explanation than what's there.

Funny thing is... I use feldons method and it works for me, but for some reason it was harder to use this script... even though it is basically the same.

Thanks for that link, Jose. And yes, it does seem harder for some reason.
