Assuming you had websites; www.fordlover.com and www.chevylover.com obviously their is no cross over appeal between the two sites. Could you have a forum link within both sites that link to a one license VB forum that displays different content related to the niche site they were forwarded from? Different header, different advertisers etc etc? We are not trying to accomplish this to avoid buying more VB licenses; we are thinking more about overall forum management possibly being more efficient.

No. License requirements specify that the license only covers ONE CONTENT. Any use that would link to the same forum, but show different content would constitute license circumvention and is prohibited. Sorry. -
Not really. If they are different niches, you'd be better off keeping them separate. Designing and targeting would be much easier than modifying the code to use a bunch of "if conditions".Comment
