My trial and error isn't going very well.
How do I make it possible for a usergroup to see a forum title, but not be able to click on and enter the forum?
So they know the forum is there. But they can't "enter" it and see the list of sub-forums.
Admin CP > Forums & Moderators (or Usergroups) > Forum permissions
went to forum name
selected usergroup below that forum
put all to "no" except the top one, "Can View Forum"
The test usergroup member is still able to click on the forum and "enter" it, seeing the sub-forums. I'd like to block that, just let them see the forum title on the main page. They can't see the threads, but I don't even want them to "enter" the forum, if that is possible.
