How to disable "Subscribe to This Forum"

How to disable subforum subscriptions?
How I can cancel all current users subforum subscriptions (then I can just remove subscription link from templates)

You'd need to edit it out of the templates, and then run queries on the subscribeforum and possibly subscribethread tables.
