cannot login to modcp

I have forum at
forum.somename.com and when I login as moderator it logout automaticaly.

I had tried with tools.php
to change domain path to:
.somename.com
.forum.somename.com

nothing seems to work

Anytime you make a change to the cookie settings you need to make sure you CLEAR your old cookies otherwise it will cause conflicts.

I'm clearing firefox cache information all the time. Can you suggest a solution in that case?

How is your user a moderator? Are thye assigned to a forum or in the moderators usergroup?
