Can't log on and "Invalid Action Specified"

I can not log on to my forums without going through the admin log on, and once I am logged
onto my forum I can not move, delete, etc messages, I get this error: "Invalid Action Specified"

I have not changed anything to the forums in the last two weeks, I am using 3.8.4 patch 1.

When I disable Hooks in the config file, I am able to log on to the forums without going through the admin
and I can again delete, move, messages as normal.

I only have CMPS v3.2.1, vBSEO 3.3.1, and v3 Arcade installed.
Do you think my site was hacked then? Do I need to remove and reinstall the above?

What should I do next?

Also when I log on with a test account, I get redirected to:

http://reedsgreenhouse.com/forums/profile.php?do=dst

which is then a blank page.

I'm starting to get worried now!!

Ok, I think I have it solved.
It has to do with mismatched www and non-www and vbSEO

Seems to be working right now.
So maybe I can reinstall CMPS.
