I saw someone on the online list finding themselves looking at an error page... Their location was
"/forum/f0-fid=3"

Are they trying to find vulnerabilitys?

Probably not. We get thousands of hits per day looking for not existent links/pages, which we assume they are looking for known vulnerabilities in various web applications. If your server has a 404 log, you can take a look in there to see what else they may be looking for.
