user permissions issue

hello all

I'm facing a problem in the user permission! Although I'm using vbulletin since 2002 but couldn't do this

OK lets see..

I have the forum X, and...
- Registered users to reply without moderation!
- Registered users to Add Threads with moderation!
- User group Y to Reply as well as Add Threads without moderation...


when i select this option (Thread Moderation Queue) from the forum options, the user group Y cant add threads with out moderation!

when i select the option (New Posts Bypass Moderation Queue?) for the user group in the specific forum, they cant add replies with out moderation!



HOW TO DO IT?
