Can I make the forum save the attachments in a folder?

My vB database size is over-limited, and my hosting provider will place a restriction on it.
There are many attachments saved in database, can I make the forum save the attachments in a folder instead of database?

Yes you can, but you're going to hit that limit again, consider a new webhost.
