get age but hide it

Hi,

I want all members to give there date of birth.
So I turned it on in the Setting, which is fine.

Is it possible when someone register have the drop down default to: Hide Age and Date of Birth

Think I had done it. What I did was edit register.php

Find:

$sbselected = array(2 => 'selected="selected"');

Change to:

$sbselected = array(0 => 'selected="selected"');
