How do I find all the custom phrases in my forum?

Over the years there have been quite a few phrases customized on my forums, and I'd like to find them so I can decide whether to revert, keep or change them. Is there a way to search for them so they all come up in a search result? Or a db query perhaps?

    Use phpmyadmin.

    Table: phrase
Search criteria: username = your handle

This will show all the phrases that you have modified or added.

Is there anyway to search for these within the AdminCP for those of us who are not so technically-minded and don't deal directly with the database?

For reasons I can't fathom, quite a number of custom phrases crept into my forum when I last upgraded the version (jumping from an early 3.7 series to 3.8.4). It appeared that somehow several phrases from the various languages I had added support for (Italian, German, French, Dutch) had turned into custom phrases. For example "Inbox" appeared as "Messagi Recevuti" to all users and "Save" appeared as "Speichern". I finally discovered that I could search for these known buggy phrases directly and delete the custom phrase, but I have no idea how many undiscovered ones there are.

Failing there being a way to search for all custom phrases through the admincp (which I should perhaps make a feature request for, in that case!), is my best bet to delete all the foreign languages I've installed so that a search should only turn up the custom phrases and not the legitimately added phrases by those language packs?
