Hard deleted posts/threads cannot be restored except by restoring from a backup of your database.

However, given that more than one table is involved in this, it's not as simple as it sounds and unless you really know what you're doing with MySQL, I wouldn't recommend it.

This is why you should always use soft-delete and not allow (super)mods to physically delete content.
