That is made for vBulletin version 3.8.x series... If it was added, then the version would of been 3.9.x series, but it has not implemented into vBulletin 3.8.4 series.
I'm using the Cyb plugin to restrict links from users with fewer than 5 posts. Does 3.8.4 have this type of capability built in? I couldn't find any settings in the admincp.
After Regestration, User get Email to confirm his Email Adress. After clicking on Link they Confirm but they get Error Message "No Permissions Agency for Node-ID 1"
