How do i start a poll on my forum??

Hi,, May be an obvious solution BUT i cant seem to find anytabs in the Admin cp to allow me to start a poll on my forum!!! Is this a mod that i have to find and download? or part of the package....Please help.

Make sure 'Usergroups' & 'Forum Permissions - Usergroups' have permission set to allow to use this function.

When you start a thread, you will see an option below (Post a Poll)
When you view your thread, you will see under this option [Thread Tools] - (Add a Poll to this Thread)
