TAGS not seperating words with +

Just upgraded to 3.8 and everything went cool except my Tags are showing %20 instead of the + signs! Not sure where this went wrong?

Ahh, see it was in VBSEO acually, they do a srt replace in the functions_vbseo_createurl.php
