How do I set my board to keep members online for longer? I see boards out there that keeps the members online even when there not on the site no more, i cant find the setting for that..is it a plugin?

There is this setting:
Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Cookies and HTTP Header Options -> Session Timeout
Also you can tell them to click on the 'Remember me' box when they login. This will keep them logged in as long as they are not blocking cookies, assuming of course you have no modifications that broke this.Steve Machol, former vBulletin Customer Support Manager (and NOT retired!)

so this will keep them on in the "current active user" list even if they log out of the site?

by mark.hsOur users are constantly complaining that they need to login to the forum everyday. Other forums in our industry are still running VB4 and somehow those forums allow people to stay logged in for days...
