forum turned off even though the option shows Yes in admincp??

im running into a wierd problem lately. my forum shows it is off on the index page, but when i login to admincp and goto the options for the on/off switch, it shows a bubbles on the Yes for forum active...so the forum should be on. i have to click on save to turn the forum back on manually.

im not sure if that is causing the issue. i have it installed on several forums i operate and only one site is giving me this problem. any ideas?

vBulletin.com do not support any modification that you have done to the software. However, I suggest you disable the mod that you link us to and see if that fix the issue.
