This is what it says after uploading the latest patch files when you run the Suspect File Versions from admin cp.

class_dm.php File does not contain expected contents
class_dm_user.php File does not contain expected contents

Is this OK ?

Yes, you can ignore it until you upgrade to 3.8.5 or higher.
