Cant Disable Hooks!! After Installing Hide Hack!! Help!

I was installing a mod from this site and all of a sudden my site has crashed and shutdown. I keep getting this message on every page.

I cant login to my admin cp or anything to even change anything on my forum. I tried to use the disable hooks code in my config.php file but that still didnt work. I def. need some help here. I have tried everything before contacting you guys and nothing has worked. I have tried many of time with that define disable hooks code but it never works.. Any help..

Try disabling them through your config file - To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
