What can i do so the profile messages will be able to use\post only for those who have over 20 posts?

It can be set by usergroup so you'd probably need to have that set to no and then a promotion to another usergroup once they hit 20 posts. -
How can i do it?

Well i did the promotions and it works fine, it just i thought there is maybe a condition for this to make it more simple.
