Frontpage problem

Hello!

I hope someone can help me.

We have a cpms frontpage to our forum. The problem is that unregistered users do not have access. When we go to the homepage an "regiser box" comes up and unregistered users do nott se the content of the homepage.
How do we do it so they can see it and then they will be told to register when they click on the Forum tag.

We have cheked for Unregistered users in the Permission box in the Admin CP.
