What is the URL to the RSS feed you're trying to set up?

I can't recreate this issue and the RSS feed is valid. It imports properly into my 3.8.4 testbed.

Enable phpinfo in the Admin CP, then provide the URL to your forums. This may help us troubleshoot this problem.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Public phpinfo() Display Enabled

Also please post the settings that you're using in the RSS Feed Manager.
