can we give additional sizes using promotion ?

You would want to promote them to a new secondary usergroup. Higher limits will override quotas in usergroups with lower limits.

I would like to give my forum users above 10k posts additional attachment, profile picture and avatar sizes,
I could have used default promotion system, but the users are of various usergroups so it turns tough for me to set up a new usergroup for all promotions, so I would need some suggestions how to proceed ??

and if I set as additional usergroup promotion will it conflict with settings as some usergroups have higher pm storage and etc.. ??
