login Multipage, how to avoid ?

I would like to block multiple concurrent login, or if the user is logged on, the user can not log in again. I want to implement this proposal to prevent Internet users use the same account to access my site.

I would like this procedure to return incomplete information to the User, so knowing about what is happening.
