Is it possible to retreive specific tables from backup?

Not really. This is because the data in almost every table is shared with data in other tables.

Hi, I want to revert back to an earlier database table. I was wondering if it's possible to only retrieve a specific database table from a mysql backup since the backup is 5GB in size. Thanks!
