Is it possible the have the activation email resent as a user? Never got an re-activation email after changing my email on the cPanel forums, which use 3.8.2, caused my account to become inactive. I did check my spam folders.
Also - if you change your email, do you need to activate before changing your email again will resend the email? I tried changing my address a few times hoping it would resend the email, sending to addresses at different hosts, but never got an activation email.
