3.8.4? Adsense issues?

I just upgraded to 3.8.4w/adsense and i submitted via vb.com to open my adsense account for which i am still awaiting approval.

Right now im getting irrelivant ads and such and it might be tied into the following.

Another member says that i have iframes on my site and that will get me introuble with adsense.

How can i tell where my iframes are i dont recall using iframes.
How did he see i had iframes?

Can anyone help figure this out as i dont want my account banned.

Why would the other guy say there was?
I didnt think there was.

did you look at the forum and the home page?
Its all clear?

Is it normal for the ads to show in only one location while pending approval?

Any reason why i would be getting such irrelevant ads?
